Shipping Policy

Your product will go into the handling process shortly after your order is submitted.

Processing Time

After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will enter the production process. This typically takes 2-4 business days, but during peak seasons, it may take 5-7 business days.

Please Note:

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST will be handled the next day.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, there may be delays of a few days. Please anticipate additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

Delivery Estimates & Shipping Rates

Once the processing time is completed, your order will be shipped out. Here are the estimated shipping times and costs for different shipping methods:

Additional Information

  • Holiday and Peak Seasons: Due to US and international holidays, especially during peak seasons, delivery may take an additional 7 days.

PO Box / APO / FPO / DPO Addresses

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipped Notification & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipped Notification Email containing item photos and package details.
  • After 24 hours, a Shipped Confirmation Email will include tracking number(s) that will become active within 24 hours.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number, check your spam folder or shipping email, and contact us at [email protected].

Shipping to Multiple Locations

We cannot ship to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Checking Order Status

Orders typically take 6 business days to reach your country, after which the tracking number will be updated. If the tracking number is still not working after 6 business days, please contact us at [email protected].

Order is Marked Delivered, but Never Received

  • Check around your premises and ask your neighbors.
  • If the package is still missing, contact your local post office.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Liebnex is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Customers are liable for any fees incurred during shipping, such as tariffs or taxes. Customs checks may cause delays, which are beyond our control. For further details, please reach out to your local Customs office.

Change Address / Shipping Method

Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] if you need to change your address or shipping method. Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address or shipping method once an order has been shipped.
