Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Incorrect Address: Deliveries that fail due to incorrect addresses will not be resent or refunded unless a fee is paid to correct the address.
Mistaken Order / Change of Mind / No Longer Wish to Receive Product: Returns or refunds are not accepted for these reasons.
Order Modifications: Order modifications are permitted within 24 hours of email confirmation.

If your product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we offer a replacement or refund.
Please provide a clear photo of the imperfection or error in your email to help us resolve the issue.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact us for a complimentary replacement or a full refund.
Note: This policy does not cover errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.

Take clear photos or videos of the product and the Order Label or Cover Package on a flat, well-lit surface.

We will respond within 24 hours, and may ask for further clarification if necessary.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
3. Then contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund is reflected.
